Tour Edge Golf's lines include Lift-Off, Lift-Off Sole, Iron-Wood, Any Lie, Bazooka, Bazooka .350, Comp 950, Fiber Sonic, TI Zone, Phenom, Kid-Zooka, Swing Speed Fit, Pure Feel Steel, Hyper-Light, Easy-Light and Pure Feel. They ship clubs and bags all over the world to golf shops, pro shops and individual users.

To ship their great products, Tour Edge uses Open Systems Accounting on a Unix SCO server using a TCP/IP connection. They run a terminal emulation program on a Windows 95 computer at the shipping stations to access their accounting data. They needed a way to match their order information to their UPS^® shipping operation to correctly address their shipments and to return information about the shipment back to their accounting software. Harvey Software came up with a fast, easy solution to help them.

An entry screen was created to capture the order number and box size of the shipment. The shipper scans this information from a label on the box that is to be shipped. CPS then switches to the Open Systems screen, retrieves the order for the shipment, copies the shipping data and injects it into CPS. A UPS shipping label is generated and the weight, tracking number and shipping charges are copied back to the Open Systems screen. The entry screen pops up ready to scan the next order - all in a matter of seconds! This saves Tour Edge time in their shipping department and lets them concentrate on what they do best - make the leading golf clubs used around the world!
