shipping software solutions are a complete package including software, service,
payment options,
carrier updates and product feature updates.
Knowing every business has different needs, it is our goal to create the best
solution both functionally and financially. Therefore, Harvey Software has
four plans to choose from. The following table compares the plans

Toll Free Support is for problem
resolution support to help find answers when problems arise
while using CPS. Problem resolution support cannot be used
for end user training but can be used for individual questions.

Harvey Software accepts payment
in US funds by MasterCard, Visa, and American Express for all plans.
Company checks are also accepted for annual plans.

End-User Agreements
Keeping
your CPS service up-to-date is a requirement for use and insures you will
receive timely product updates and helpful problem resolution support when you
need it. Shipping software is different from other software in that it is
constantly changing. Between new carrier services and ever increasing
carrier compliance requirements, CPS changes nearly every day. For this
reason, you are required to keep your system up-to-date with the latest
technology for CPS to stay in compliance with carrier requirements. This
can be totally and automatically done using the automatic update feature. It
should be noted that CPS must be updated as required, have Internet access and
the account must be kept up-to-date or CPS will no longer function.
It is our
goal to keep the cost of our service as low as possible.
From time to time we must adjust our prices to insure we are able to keep up
with the costs of supporting ever changing carrier requirements and services. If a
service price change is required, we do our best to give our customers 30
days or more notice of the price adjustment. We also offer the ability to
purchase annual service agreements in advance for up to two (2) years so you can
lock in your price.
You will
be sent a renewal notice in advance before your service agreement expires.
Timely payment insures no interruption of service and that your product will be
kept up-to-date.
All Harvey Software products are sold subject to the terms of the following
authorized user agreements. All end users agree to the applicable
