How does it work?

This company installed EPS on a computer with Internet access and attached an address label printer.  They created forms on their website so visitors can request information and order products.  They then prepared various response letters.  Thanks to EPS, the staff now concentrates on satisfying their customers.

How does it work?

It uses the auto-respond and auto-forward features in EPS to send "Thank you" letters and to selectively forward incoming mail.

"We receive orders which need to be forwarded to 15 suppliers hourly.  Products are then drop shipped to customers directly from the suppliers.  Each supplier handles the orders differently, and we receive shipping data 15 different ways.  Thanks to EPS and CPS we have eliminated entering data multiple times and our orders are being delivered much faster.  Thanks Harvey, you have another hit product!"

How does it work?

Three EPS features helped this company.  EPS is configured to print the e-mail packing list/invoice and alert the company that the shipper received the order.  Then, packages are shipped with a link to CPS just by entering the e-mailed order number and weight, and the company receives shipping information the same way from all suppliers.  Data entry errors were eliminated and delivery time enhanced.
