FORT MYERS, FL - Today, Harvey Software, Inc. announced the release of an enhancement update to its flagship Computerized Parcel System - CPS_TM- shipping software. CPS, which automates the shipping process for the largest US package carriers, has expanded its support of USPS^Ž shipping services with the addition of the Priority Flat Rate Box service.

CPS allows the Priority Flat Rate Box service to be used by all USPS shippers, including those who use USPS manifesting. The Priority Flat Rate Box service permits a maximum weight of 70 pounds to be shipped in either of two boxes. The boxes are available in two convenient sizes whose inside dimensions are 11" x 8.5" x 5.5" or 13.625" x 11.875" x 3.375". The boxes can be obtained from the USPS.

"The addition of the Flat Rate Box is the first of a number of enhancements for USPS shippers that we expect to introduce this year for CPS shippers. Like many of the enhancements developed for CPS, this is now available to all current CPS users at no additional charge," said Steve Stevenson, Harvey Software's Director of Sales. "The CPS On-line update feature will install this new service at the click of a mouse, and CPS users can immediately start using this, including USPS manifest shippers as CPS is MAC certified for this service also," Steve explained. "Naturally, the new Priority Flat Rate Box service is available for every new CPS user, too," Steve said.
